Q: Is this compatible with the 20V 6.0Ah batteries?

A: Clarke, Yes this battery is compatible as it is a 20 volt battery, and our 20 volt batteries are only compatible with our tools that use 20 volt batteries. The 40V Power Share™ tools are designed to work with two 20 volt batteries and will not operate with just one battery installed. For optimum performance, both batteries should be of the same Amp-Hour (ah) rating and fully charged. -Portia M.

Q: Can I use a 4ah battery instead of a 5ah battery in the WG 751-2 mower. I have 2 4ah batteries I was wondering if they would work for a backup. Also same question vice versa. Can I use a 5ah battery with my tools that take 4ah batteries?

A: Hello there! Thank you for your inquiries. Yes, you can swap out the batteries in your tools. Please be advised that depending on the product to which the batteries are attached, your runtime and power will vary per tool. You can also use the same charger for both batteries.

A: Hello there! Thank you for your question. The serial number will be found on the mower on the flap that lays over the grass catcher bag. It will be in a white strip; the first two numbers will begin with 2 0 ******** your serial number should be at least 12 digits long.
2 years agoQ: Is there any version that has the same cutting width (approx 20") but would last over an hour? I'm looking to replace my old gas mower and cutting my lawn typically takes about a full hour. Any batteries that last that long?

2 years agoQ: This comes with (2) 5 AH batteries. I saw where someone said they got approx 1 hour of runtime. Is that 1 hour per battery of runtime? The lawnmower comes with 2 batteries, so I can cut for 1 hour, then put in the 2nd battery and cut for another hour?

A: Hello there! Thank you for your question. The Worx lawn mower run time will vary depending on how hard the mower has to work. Your lawn mower can run for up to 35 minutes with both batteries inserted in the unit. Both batteries are required for the mower to run at its optimum performance. The mowers are quoted to cut up to certain square footage. This is based on a smooth flat lawn with someone keeping a consistent pace while mowing. The amount of grass one can cut will depend on many factors including the time it takes the person cutting the grass to make it around their yard.
