Motorcycle locks come with a key to help secure your bike from theft, while others have a push-button for keyless locking. You want to look for either chain or cable locks that are steel or steel-coated with an anti-pick feature for maximum security.

Why Put a Motorcycle On a Stand?

Motorcycle stands are not meant for storing or parking your bike. Like a car jack, they are built for doing maintenance or seasonal upkeep and they make working on your bike much safer. With a stand, you can easily lift your motorcycle off the ground for oil changes, tire changes and other basic work.

Most stands lift the bike from the rear, but you can also find some that lift the bike from the front. A rear stand can be used on its own. But, if you choose to use a front stand, then you also need to have a rear stand for proper balance.
