What is duct tape used for?
Duct tape was originally designed to seal joints in ventilation ducts but has since been replaced by foil tapes that are safer to use on hot surfaces. Since it's durable, water-resistant, and uses a strong adhesive, duct tape has found plenty of uses in repair projects, patching, packing, securing loose items, temporary fixes, and any situation where strong tape is needed.
