Spray or apply penetrating oil down the cylinder through the spark plug holes and let it sit for some time to penetrate. Gently tap the cylinder wall with a hammer to help the oil penetrate between the rings and the cylinder wall. Try rotating the crankshaft after letting the oil sit for a while.

A cold seizure could occur if you don’t let your machine warm up. When this happens, the heat of the compression causes the piston to expand faster than the cylinder, causing the piston to become stuck in the hole.
