How large of a swimming pool cover do I need?

Before purchasing a swimming pool cover, you’ll need to know the size of your pool. Most pool covers are cut slightly larger than the size of the pool, so you don’t need to factor in any extra space.

How to measure my pool for the right pool cover?

Use a measuring tape to measure the length and width of each of the pool’s sides. Remember to include any protruding steps or parts of the pool that may extend outside of the main area. If your pool is shaped irregularly, you may need to custom order an above-ground pool cover.

Can you repair a damaged swimming pool cover?

Yes, it’s possible to repair a damaged pool cover, depending on the extent and type of damage. For example, you can easily repair small tears or holes with patch kits or re-tighten a stretched cover with a pool cover reel or tightening straps.
