Crafted from a heavy-gauge carbon steel with a two-layer non-stick coating for quick food release and easy cleanup, the baking pan has silicone wrapped handles for easy lifting and rolled edges to prevent warping. PADERNO's 13-inch rectangular pan is oven-safe up to 450°F (232°C) and is PFOA and BPA free. It's the ideal tool for making cakes, pizzas, cookies and more.
