    Gaps between basket and unit, looked not great, but when unit was heated up and needed to pull basket out to mix up food, it was difficult to pull out and near impossible to put the basket back in, had to slam it to get it to go

    Used maybe 5 or 6 times, now wont turn on at all. Best guess is the thermal fuse is blown. Warranty is pain as you have to go through the manufacturer. Regret buying this, it was not worth the money.
