Good set. Nonstick is effective. Typical of all glass lids, lots of steam and moisture builds up so when removing the lid there is lots of moisture to deal with. More expensive lids are shaped to wick this water off. For the money a great set.

A: High heat should typically only be used for quickly searing meats or boiling liquids. This product can be used at high heat as directed, as long as there is food or liquid in the pot/pan. Never heat a pot or pan on high without food or liquid.
