A: we love this unit We run it on natural gas not propane. It easily hits 550 or more and the 3 burners have lots of adjustment that lets you dial in a pretty consistent temperature.

Q: How to fix the oil leaking problem? it leak from the left side of the fire box, thru the drip oil drawer, down the bottom of the cabinet. Just had it setup for a week.

Q: I am considering purchasing either a 3 or 4 burner Vermont Casting BBQ. My understanding from responses in the reviews is that a change was made January 2020 to eliminate the grease dripping issue. How can I determine if BBQ manufacture is post Jan 2020?

A: As you have read, as of January 2020, we have made modifications to the grease drawer design that should virtually eliminate grease leakages, helping to keep the grill cart and the surrounding deck or patio clean. Models G53901 (3-Burner) and G54002 (4-Burner), manufactured prior to 2020, should now include a second box containing this updated grease tray. If you receive one of these models but do not receive the updated tray, you can always reach out to our support number and we will send one to you ASAP. Our number is 1-844-586-4660.
