I love it! I’m actually using it right now. It has become my emotional support blanket. lol! I had a bad accident and fractured my leg and suffered a concussion and this heating pad has brought me so much comfort. I love that it’s extra big. Covers my entire back and keeps me cozy.

Q: I thought this product was suppose to shut off automatically after 2 hours. I accidently left it turned on and went to bed, and went to work the next day. Upon returning home, it was on. Should I return the item as defective? I recently purchased it.
