NOT safe!

I would give this heating pad a zero if I could. Purchased this heating pad and used it 3 times and the fourth time the light kept blinking red and wouldn't heat up. Turned out that the heating elements inside over heated and melted! Absolute GARBAGE and apparently not safe. Will not purchase again.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Ne vous inquiétez pas, nous sommes là pour vous aider. Si votre coussin chauffant n'est pas assez chaud, nous vous suggérons d'essayer les étapes de dépannage ci-dessous : 1. Mettez la commande du coussin chauffant sur la position "Off" et débranchez le cordon d'alimentation de la connexion électrique. Laissez-le reposer pendant 2 minutes. 2. Vérifiez si son cordon n'a pas subi de dommages physiques. 3. Vérifiez la connexion de la fiche du produit qui se branche directement sur le produit. Assurez-vous que la connexion est sûre et complète. 4. Ne l'utilisez pas avec des rallonges, des multiprises, des convertisseurs de puissance ou des onduleurs car cela pourrait affecter les performances du pad. 5. Maintenez le bouton d'alimentation enfoncé et réinsérez le cordon d'alimentation dans une prise murale en même temps. Q: If you set it to “stay on”, will it remain on until you turn it off? Like will it stay on for months+? I’m looking for a heating pad for my senior cat that I can just leave on for her lol

Q: Hello. I brought this product last week. I found out that it heats for one minute and automatically turns off. Is my product defective or do I need to change any settings ?

A: Yours may be defective if the LED temperature setting display goes blank after one minute.I have two of them. Both work as advertised. When in 2 Hr mode, they always maintain the heat level that I've set them at (1 to 6). Even on "1", the heat is noticeable and stays consistent.
