I am a senior with poor knees. I purchased the bike with the hopes of cycling with my husband. I have not been disappointed. We go for a 5km cycle in the early morning and again most evenings. I would strongly recommend this bike for anyone who wants or needs that extra assistance when required. The only negative, like on most bikes, is the seat, which I needed to change.

A: This bike is designed for mostly paved surfaces, but will work well on gravel paths as well. It depends how often you plan on going through gravel and dirt, you may want to consider a bike with more tread on the tires if it's going to be a regular occurrence. Always make sure to pay extra attention to the weather and road/trail conditions before riding.

Q: It says not to store the battery in the cold, but the battery is not easily removable, does this mean the bike must only be stored indoors? In Canada it gets pretty cold in a shed or garage in the winter…

A: Yes it is. The battery, which is located in the down tube of the bike, can be removed through the bike's head badge by a bike technician.To order a battery please contact the store where you purchased the bike and they can contact the vendor to order one.
