We like it and it cleans well. It is easy to use and conveinent to empy hands free. Very happy with this model.

I am a disabled veteran and have health issues which make it difficult for me to use a full-sized vacuum. This stick vacuum is the best I have ever used. The automatic emptying of the vacuum into a chamber that holds a month or more debris is phenomenal!!

As soon as that handle breaks it’s absolutely junk Just a really poor handle design.

Purchased this vacuum a little over a year ago. I think it would be a good vacuum for a single person or a couple with no pets. I think the vacuum has great suction and the concept of it is great. Unfortunately, I struggle with it working well for our family (5 of us) and our pets (dog and cat). It does fine sucking up the pet hair, but it struggles with the auto-empty (as other photos in reviews show, if the canister is more than half full it seems to not auto-empty). My work around has just been to empty it before putting it back on the auto-empty. The suction flap and the magnet for the auto-empty don't seem to work well. The magnet is constantly blocked by something, so typically before I vacuum I need to clean the magnet and close it manually. We did have a few instances where someone tried to vacuum up a wasp or a spider and the back flap wasn't closed, so out it comes. The battery lasts for about 30 min (enough for me to get one level of our house) - then needs to charge before I can tackle anywhere else. Now since it's been worked for over a year in our house, I can say with confidence that I wish this was a little beefier and could handle a family household. If it were just my husband and me, I do believe this vacuum would meet our needs. For a family, it will leave you frustrated.
