Love this wardrobe! Exactly what I need. Took a while to put it together but it’s sturdy and beautiful.

This wardrobe was a nightmare from delivery to completion. Here are the major issues I encountered: Transportation & Packaging Issues: Extremely heavy and awkward to move - definitely need 2+ people Packaging was inadequate with styrofoam bits scattered everywhere during unboxing Created a huge mess that took significant time to clean up Assembly Problems: Missing hardware (screws) right out of the box Assembly manual contains incorrect steps that led to damage during construction Poor instructions made the process much longer and more frustrating than necessary Had to backtrack and redo sections due to manual errors Quality Concerns: Cheap melamine/particle board construction feels flimsy Materials look and feel like bargain basement quality Given the price point, expected much better build quality Doubt this will hold up to regular use over time Customer Service Experience: Called customer service about the damage caused by following their incorrect manual Was told they could not assist because the damage was "caused by me" and not covered under warranty Despite explaining that I followed their instructions exactly, they refused to take responsibility for their faulty manual Completely unhelpful and dismissive customer service experience Bottom Line: Save yourself the headache and invest in something better quality. The combination of poor packaging, missing parts, incorrect instructions, cheap materials, AND terrible customer service makes this a terrible value. I regret this purchase and wish I had spent a bit more for a quality piece of furniture.

Très bien facile a assembler

I purchased this item April 2025 and during a move I damaged one side . I called Sauder to inquire about a replacement part and they shipped me a new part free of charge. That is amazing customer service that is hard to get these days.
