Scratched my floor

This is not a good product. The design is flawed. First of all, when you use it, the pad slides around instead of staying in place. Which means ineffective mopping and dusting. Second, when using the mopping side, the joint between the handle and the "foot" of the mop SCRAPES against the floor. This mop scratched my floor. I am annoyed to have purchased this. Would not recommend.

The plastic head broke the very first time I went to use it. A zip tie holds it together now because I did not feel like getting a new one would turn out differently. I am not sure I would recommend this item if you have a choice.

A: Not recommended for walls. I don't think anything is. Velcro tabs are used for removing the pad. No bending plastic.
