Cheap quality. Hose much too stiff and twists the showerhead into awkward directions. Very low water flow, unless you forcefully remove the "water saver" device in the head. No "pulse" massage effect. Cheaper than most shower heads, but you get what you pay for...

I should’ve listened to the reviews, but no, I thought maybe mine would be the magical one that worked. Spoiler: it wasn’t. This shower head sprays everywhere except where you actually need it. The center? Bone dry. My body? Surrounded by a graceful mist that somehow misses every crucial spot. I have to use the massage setting just to get enough water and pressure to rinse off shampoo. The real punchline? I threw out the packaging, so now I’m stuck with this passive-aggressive sprinkler. Learn from my mistakes: save yourself the daily frustration and get a different one.
