Not a good frother

This frother uses an upside down frother whisk attached from the lid. It did not seem to turn very fast and did not froth the milk even though I used two different temperature settings. Pretty much useless so I returned it. It just seems like they tried it to be designed differently from other tried and true designs and didn't test it out.

Q: Hello! I bought this the PADERNO Variable Temperature Electric Milk Frother, and have not succeeded in getting any type of froth with my oat milk. I believe to have tried all the settings, any recommendations?

A: You might need better quality oat milk. We get decent froth on the "latte" setting and noticeably foam on the cappuccino side. We use Earth's Own naked oat organic oat milk
