Read the directions to inflate. Make sure you take the plug out before trying to pump up bed. Also make a you plug in the the exit air tube/plug too!

It's pretty simple, opened box, took it out, and it leaked. It was the VERY 1ST TIME! Found the hole, and it was right on the seem. YES, a hole wasn't the hole stretch process or anything. we used it (tried to use it) for a camping trip. Ended up doing a shady patch job just so we had something to sleep on instead of the ground. This product is junk! I will never buy another one of these again. The best part is new rules, once its open, it's yours. fantastic!

A: The Outbound Queen Airbed has a built-in foot pump. At the foot of the mattress there is a while circle and you should pump that spot with your foot. That will inflate the mattress. To remove the air you remove the bung from the valve on the side of the mattress.
