Whether you're working on pool, irrigation or indoor plumbing systems, the easy-to-apply cement sticks tenaciously to PVC pipes. The included Purple Primer cleans and softens pipes to ensure the cement bonds securely. With over 100 years of experience, Oatey products help make even tricky DIY projects go smoothly.

Rain-R-Shine solvent cement is ideal for conditions where moisture is present, cures underwater, and is very fast setting for quick pressurization and installation
Low VOC primer certified to UL Greenguard Gold, meets California South Coast Air Quality Management Districts (SCAQMD) 1171/M24 requirements, meets ASTM Standard F656 and complies with NSF/ANSI 61 health effects requirements
