MESSi But Well Built

I've had this for nearly 6 months and, for whatever reason, must unplug-and-plug in (every time) to power on the unit. Annoying, to say the least. I am going to wear out the electrical socket before too long. The outlet is on a dedicated 15 amp circuit. Does this require 20 amps or what?! I, anyway, otherwise LOVE the build quality of this item: solid as a rock. I bought this (and another for my daughter too) strictly for the Creamiccino mode, which was the attraction for me (although expensive). My first batch ended up leaking/running out of the "tub", which was a heck of a mess. I adhered to the recipe, exactly, and did not exceed the Drinkable Freeze Fill ( 1 ) and Pour-In ( 2 ) level lines. SO my first experience with this machine was regrettable: especially since the tub's locking lugs engage open cutouts in the bottom of Outer Bowl―poor design or corner-cutting in manufacture, resulting in a MESSi situation. Mixture ran directly into gap between bowl platform and housing's base. Needless to say, I was angry... PLEASE close those cutouts in the next iteration!! I, anyway, persevered (and refined the recipe). My wife and I are now enjoying my home-made Frappes, regularly, but the power-on procedure is frustrating.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Great features and so many options to choose from.

So far I am loving my Ninja Creami Deluxe. I have made cookies and Crwam Ice cream, following the vanilla ice cream recipe in the book and adding mix-ins of Oreo’s. Also made Almond chocolate ice cream. I have a black coffee with half and half and sugar base in the freezer now to make the Creamiccino recipe from the Ninja Creami Deluxe recipe book. So far a success!

Yes, I recommend this product.

Très bruyante. Simple à nettoyer par contre. Ne fait pas de crème glacée très onctueuse ou lisse comme une crème glacée molle mais ça peut venir des recettes utilisées. Doit utiliser le contenant d'origine si on veux repasser la crème glacée non consommée et qu'on a remise au congélateur. Pas testé avec congélation moins longue mais c'est à prévoir car toutes les recettes parlent d'une congélation de 24h minimum, contrairement à d'autres machines qui peuvent produire de la crème glacée en 30 à 60 minutes.

It's a great icecream maker machine.. I've been making icecream of my choice anyway I want healthy ways. Since I got it.. only con is a bit noisy. But I can deal with that.. Hope this machine will kast me a long time tho. I really like it.
