Great when it works and when pods were less money.

We have had this machine for about a year, makes great coffee when it works properly. Some pods wouldn't work and It would waste the pods (which have become more expensive) The bluetooth also did funny things and we would have to reset everything to make it work again. Also, living in Canada the recycling process changed multiple times and was a pain to get the bags of pods shipped out. Overall not recommended.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Décevante car elle a durée seulement 2 ans et la garantie est pour 1 an et ils chargent le même prix pour la réparation qu’une machine neuve!! C’est vraiment ma dernière Nespresso.

Think before you buy!

I bought a Nespersso Vertuo slim gold. It was recommended to me by my friend and it was really a great purchase... for maybe 4 months. I never knew if it will brew coffee or not, just strange noises were coming from the motor and nothing happened, no coffee! Other times it was brewing but coffee was coming through the side, where used pods were stored. Trouble shooting helped few times but after later it was hit and miss. I had to clean counter top and all the spilled coffee around the unit when I was already rushing through my morning. On one particular morning, I just picked up my shiny Nespresso Vertuo Slim gold machine and tossed it in the garbage! I'm back to my simple coffee press and I wouldn't lie that some times I miss that frothy coffee I enjoyed. Why am I posting it now? I guess, I don't want you to be disappointed like I am, I don't want you to spend your hard earned money on something that doesn't delivery quality even though it is on promotion. To buy flavoured coffee pods is rather expensive, I wanted to try different flavours as well
