This is my third Nespresso machine in 20 years. The only one I am not happy with. Just purchased today. Not getting crema for some reason. And it drips for quite awhile after making the coffee

Terrible crema

This is my third Nespresso machine in 20 years. Just purchased it today. I am not getting any crema. Unlike my previous machines, no crema. Also the machine drips for a long time after delivering the coffee. Not happy with it at all.
