When I got it home and opened it, the seal was already broken and it seemed 'watery' than others I have used. My guess is that it was most likely partially used and then water added to it and returned. It would seem that it was not checked to see if the seal was intact or not upon return and put back on the shelf. I guess I could have returned it but not worth it ifnit ends up back on shelf for resale.
