Doesn’t have smooth interior

Not bad at first glance. However it doesn’t have a smooth finish interior like I’m used to. Even cheap ones have a smoother interior. This may make it hard to clean well. The instructions say don’t turn the burner past medium, I’ve never seen that caution on a kettle before.
