The MASTER Chef Flat Top Griddle has a spacious flat surface, so you're able to cook for a crowd. To the side, you will find an easy-to-use dial temperature gauge, where you can set it from 195-425°F (90-220°C), to find your sweet spot for preparing all your most-loved dishes. The non-stick surface makes for easy clean-up, while the indicator light allows you to ensure accuracy when setting the griddle temperature. There is also a drip tray, so you can fry eggs and other runny foods without worrying about making a mess or spilling all over the counters. When you're done cooking, the warming tray can be used to keep foods hot and delicious while preparing other foods elsewhere, or for buffet-style serving.
