Excellent containers but only 2 US qt not 2 liters

I have owed 4 of these containers and use them for storing milk in the fridge. I dishwash both container & lid after every use. After 7 years of so one container cracked (still have lid). They are excellent. Only one complaint - I bought them to store the milk from a 4 litre jug and they DON'T hold 2 litres - almost doesn't really work well. As Starfit is a Canadian company, I don't understand why they only hold 2 US quarts an not the metric 2 litres per the legal Canadian measurement system. I really can't rate them 5 stars as they are short 220 ml from the 2 litre claim. So unless they have modified the design since 2024, they won't hold the full amount of the 2 litre or 4 litre milk containers sold in Canada.
