Terrible battery life

Terrible battery life and doesn’t work in rough terrain. Any bit of snow it doesn’t have the power to drive in and we just switched to the tires and it died after not even 5 minutes of use! Have charged and tried to use multiple times and it hasn’t gotten better.

I have purchased this item for my son as a Christmas present, due to weather we didn't try it until today. the machine runs slow and jitters as if it doesn't have a good connection. absolutely unacceptable for that price tag in my option as i have purchased products for 20$ that ran longer without issues
