Best Blender Ever

My last blender was a KitchenAid. It lasted over 15 years. Decided to go with the brand that has proven itself. So far I've only blended smoothies but it's done a great job. The blender cups are VERY handy! It's relatively quiet...for a blender. Easy to clean.

I had Ninja Professional Blender and this is so much better. The noise is minimal and the speed to crush ice is fantastic. I have only used it once so far but right now, this is better, quicker, quieter than the first time I used my Ninja. Would highly recommend

Poor design. Leaks

I bought this a year ago it’s quite powerful and I do like it. Then it started to leak -a lot. The entire blade kept moving as it was loose. I looked into a repair or replacement part/gasket or something. It turns out you have to replace the entire jar, which costs about $120 plus shipping. At that price, you may as well buy a brand new unit. For the price point, i expected much more from kitchen aid. When I investigated further, I learned that this is a very common issue with this model. Ugh! Now I have to buy a new blender.

No, I do not recommend this product.

good features - poor quality-horrable service

I have only had this unit for 1.5 years. The power adapter broke. I called to get a new one and no one at KitchenAid could help me get the part. They told me they didn't sell the adapter alone. I would have to buy a whole new unit.
