Mine broke in 1 year it started to Leak. I paid for mine $69 can now they sale sale price $82 from $108 what a joke . The coffee didn’t always comes out Hot don’t know why

Needed to replace one that was only 1 1/2 years old after descaling with the K product. Unable to register this item. Single cup water level is not accurate or predictable. Water does not come out hot so needs to be microwaved.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Love the colour,look and size but when the coffee drips into the mug it spatters coffee over the counter and makes a mess! Very disappointing. Is there some kind of adjustment I can make?
