Works once you learn how to use it.
Need to enlarge small cheapskate instructions or make a QR card.
Has to be on flat hard surface for power plunger on bottom to work and for safety.
Instructions say mug must be 11 oz inferring capacity but it is really weight that matters, empty mug must be that heavy.
Overly fancy, but power shutoff feature is good.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Never drink a cold cup of tea again!

I have bought two, one for my house and one for work as I often forget about my warm beverages or get caught up doing something and realize I am left with cold tea. I agree withe the other review that says 170 is almost ttoo hot, especially once the mug has been partially drank. Love the preasure switch that will automatically turn the warmer off if the mug hasnt been replaced in 10 minutes. The 12h timer is great, I dont ever need 12 hours but have definitely gone over 2 hours previously.

Space for mug too small

It worked well, functionally, but I use a giant mug. The heated surface is indented (not flat) so if you use a big mug, it doesn’t make contact with the surface. It still heats it but just doesn’t still flush with the bottom of the mug.
