Bought this item to grill vegetables so I did not use high heat as needed for meat. Was great in the beginning but later began to warp. Decided to buy a better cast iron griddle.

I love this griddle. Produces nicely cooked food every time. In some reviews I read people talked about warping but I have not had this problem. I always add the griddle when I turn on the heat and leave it until it has cooled down. Maybe this helps avoid the warping.

A: It will rest flat at first but after a couple of uses will warp and twist considerably. Then it's no good for any stove top or BBQ. Returned mine. Read all the negative reviews.

A: Yes, I've used the griddle both on glass stove top and the bbq. Due to the lightweight material, it moves around a bit when turning things over on it, but otherwise good.

A: Reversible Griddle can be used on any type of stovetop, however if using on a glass stovetop you cannot slide the grill on the stovetop.
