I love this brand as food does not stick to the bottom of the pan. This is my second Heritage The Rock pan. I had purchased a small one earlier this year as my husband who is learning to cook destroy the previous frying pan. I absolute loved the small one but it was not large enough for my other dishes thus decided that I would invest in the wok. I'm planning on purchase another one that is medium size.

Also, https://www.seniorcare2share.com/what-is-the-coating-on-the-rock-frying-pan/ which confirms they use PTFE, with the statement that it is safe - You'll need to scroll to "Does the rock frying pan have Teflon?". Hope this helps.

A: The Heritage The Rock Traditional Non-Stick Wok can be used on glass/ceramic stovetop. If using a ceramic stovetop, lift the cookware rather than sliding it across the glass plate.
