    Poor packaging.

Packaging on multiple units was very damaged/open. Unsure is this is due to poor shipping practices or perhaps customs inspections. Hoping when I go to install in the spring that there are no issues...

A: Truthfully I have no idea on Vancouver Island because when it gets to -1 , everyone looses their minds. At -4  no one goes outside except us X-Albertians… Goid Luck just keep it semi warm and it shouldn’t be too much of an issue.  Mine is right next to our outside wall in our outdoor entrance laundry room.  AL in NanaimoBC
