'Standard dimmers' instead of 'traditional'. Lightbulb says not to be used with 'Dimmer Led Lamps' instead of 'Dimmers'. Was not used in a lamp but for bathroom vanity, so most likely I have a standard dimmer.

I've set up dozens of bulbs from a variety of brands, and these are hit and miss at best. Installed their app, set up the bulb, paired with Alexa, all good. Some hiccups on the way - the model had no matching item in the setup list - but it worked in the end. Moved it to the socket where it will be used and... Nothing. The bulb never lit up again, not in the socket where I set it up, not where it was intended to be used. You may be luckier. I'll go back to brands that worked for me in the past.

Bulbs fail to connect within a couple years use

I purchased these in November 2022 and in the time since, one by one they've stopped working. Purchased at Canadian Tire who only warrants one year despite the 2-year Globe warranty inside the box.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: The package says dimmable but the writing on the bulb says do not use with a dimmer ? This is misleading, can you clarify, can these be used with a dimmer switch ? I already know you can dim them through the app...

A: It is because you dim them through your app NOT the power outlet itself. The power output needs to be steady for these bulbs to function and a dimmer switch reduces the power output in order to "dim" a regular dimmable bulb. Hope this helps.
