Good product; easy to fit.

The seal strip is an inch or so longer than 9ft, so there is no worry about leaving a gap at one end. I put screws at each end as I could not get access with a hammer. If you fit the seal to the full width of the garage door, you may need to cut the ends to accomodate the trim on each side of the door. Overall, it's good value for money.

Easy to nail on. Soft, flexible rubber. The rubber is softer than what was on before, however that could be because the rubber hardens over time. My one concern would be if sleet gets to the garage door and then ices up. The rubber could possibly rip. Wait and see, I guess.

Easy to install. Make sure you predrill a hole smaller that the plastic pins included in the kit. Have patience and enjoy installing them. You should get your spouse or friend to help hold them up wile installing the product or one could loose patience and take it out on the door. Enjoy.

Q: I can't tell from the one picture that's shown, what it would look and be like at the bottom of the garage door. Is it a flat rubber edge? Is there anything cushiony about it? Does it unfold to become this pipe like structure that creates a cushy strip?
