A: We bought this 2 years ago and have been quite happy until last night when the fire would not switch on. After some research involving phone numbers and websites that seem out of service we are now in e mail contact with Customer service address help@homestaramerica.com. We found this on a Facebook page. They replied in a couple of hours so fingers crossed. Having sent lots of info we are hoping they can send us the spare part we need to fix it.
