Kniks easily and broke

a year ago

The hose easily kinks easily and broke after less than a year. Canadian Tire does have a five year exchange warranty which I have used. I also have a Garden Club medium duty hose which is both cheaper and better than this.

A huge disappointment.

Completely disappointing with the exception of the crush proof connectors. Nothing else is crush proof, tangle proof. It is by far the worst hose I have ever used. It kinks and curls and when it kinks (say on a hose reel) they never come out - ever. It is now in the garbage after less than a years use

This hose easily kinked and actually burst at a kink when it was only 3 weeks old. I returned it and bought a more expensive brand...hopefully it will be worth it.
