Installation went well however once I turned on the faucet l heard a snap from inside the faucet and it began a severe leak. I will have to buy another faucet today. I would not recommend this product.

Q: How do you remove the handle to clean the cartridge?

A: You need to unscrew the sleeve located just above the water turn on handle. (you should be able to do it by hand). The cartridge is in there.

Q: The hot water has no pressure but the cold is fine. I had no issue with the hot water pressure before I installed this. Is there anyway to make it better or maybe I hooked it up wrong?

A: I installed my faucet myself and I have had no problem with it. Did you turn on the hot water tap if there is one, under your sink? Is there a block or kink in the line? Is there a connector problem? I am just guessing at these things.
