Very good machine, but the bowl is extremely hard to latch, causing blisters on my hands from how hard you gotta push. My first one broke due to this. And now struggling with second one wish the bowl was easier to lock into place

Mildly disappointed in the quality of the bowl material and safety mechanism. Additionally the large feed tube is nice -but- does not come apart making cleanup more difficult. The inner stem of the bowl is quite short limiting the volume of liquid it can process. Also wish there was a medium-large grate disc option. Otherwise it is a quiet work horse!

Q: Hi Gayle - thanks for your answer; my question is not about the discs that get attached to the spindle. It is about the one-piece stainless steel slicing blade which is loose when placed on the motor shaft. On previous CuisineArts they fit tightly.
