Bulge/Deform on Freezing

Ice pak generates a huge pointed bulge in the center. Not only does this make them difficult to use since they don't lay flat, but they end up taking up much more space than they should. Looks like the plastic is being stressed from the bulge, and I can't imagine very many freeze/thaw cycles before the plastic cracks due to the stress deformity. Not a good design. Other quality ice paks don't do this. Stays cold and frozen though.
