Only one timer length option: 6 hours

Looks and works great! Only downside of it is the on/off/timer switch is on the bottom, so it’s a bit awkward unless you use the timer. Timer is pre-set for 6 hours and cannot be changed. I wish it had a remote, so the timer length could be adjusted.

Terrible Store policy, I bought this today and product does not work. When I called the store to see if they could save another one so I could exchange I was told that no products could be exchange or get a refund before Christmas. This is a ridiculous policy especially when u want to use product at Christmas. So buyer beware make sure all Canadian Tire products work if not you cannot exchange or get refund before the holidays. Terrible policy.

Terrible Customer Service

Bought the Lantern today at Wonderland Store location in London Ontario, Lantern does not work. Contacted Wellington Rd store location in London to request they hold the last one in stock so I could exchange and was told they won't hold it. Very poor customer service when the product I purchased was defected to begin with and you could not even save the same product for exchange. It's an inconvenience to begin with that I have to return to the store to exchange and the fact that you won't even put one aside so I can exchange is ridiculous. I will take the lantern back and ask for money back.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: Hi. I have never used the timer. You would have to experiment with it indoors to see how long no it stays on for and again how to turn it back on. Sorry.

A: The timer is on the on/off switch. The switch has three positions. The middle is off. Push the switch to the right and it stays on for six hours. Pushing the switch to the left offers another time option. I am assuming eight hours. I have not personally tried that option.
