This is my second purchase of this oven. The first one lasted 6 years of constant use. The main board went and it was my fault. So I just gladly bought the exact same one as a replacement.

Cooking it good but build quality is not good.

This is my second Breville Smart Oven BOV845 as the first only lasted 2-3 months before the door was grinding and scraping and sounded like it was going to break. I had it exchanged for a new one and it was great for about a month and now the door is doing the same thing. It must be a design flaw with Breville. I used to think Breville was a great quality product but now I think its cheaply made. I have doubts that this unit will last more than a year or two.
No, I do not recommend this product.

We left our original Breville toaster oven (10+ years old) when we last moved and we regretted every day. This is an upgrade with a whole bunch of super features. In the last 2 weeks we used the toast, bake and reheat features and they all worked as advertised. The controls are easy to understand. We love our new Breville Smart Oven Pro.

Love ours but one flaw

We love our toaster oven and use it all the time-even bought a second one when the first one stopped working g after a number of years. The main flaw is that the buttons wear off quickly. With the price of this oven, you’d think the symbols (lightbulb, snow flake, etc) would be molded into the button and not just paint that rubs off quickly.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Q: If it stops working, what do I have to do to get it fixed? I'm tired of buying appliances only to have them quit a few years later. Repairs cost more than a new one. So how long does CanTire guarantee this oven to work and what do I do to access NO COST service when it quits?
