Bought a couple months ago this espresso machine. Working great so far. Too bad there no Bottomless (Naked) Portafilter for 50mm.
The metal cup for milk was missing in the box, didn’t realize after. Otherwise would return or ask for exchange.

A: Une tasse de 3 5/8 pouces entre bien sous le bec verseur. Si vous retirez le plateau métal et réceptacle du dessous, vous pouvez alors mettre une tasse de 5 pouces. Avec un petit mouvement latéral pour passer sous le bec verseur, ça va très bien puisque la quantité de café n'atteint jamais le rebord de la tasse.

A: You can use ground coffee beans as well as those pods in it. It does not grind coffee beans itself, you'd need a grinder for that or buy coffee that's already ground.

A: Bonjour, Le café coule de 2 trous et vous pouvez enligner une tasse-à-espresso sous chaque trou pour récolter 2 cafés relativement égaux. Si vous voulez des lattés, vous pouvez préparer le lait et le séparer en 2 ou préparer du lait 2 fois.

A: Bonjour, Je crois qu'il y a des machines plus performantes pour la mousse, mais côté qualité-prix la CageRoma n'est pas mal. La mousse dépend plus de votre expertise que de la machine. Voici quelques trucs pour vous aider à obtenir une belle mousse : 1 - purger le mousseur pour enlever l'eau jusqu'à ce que vous ayez juste de la vapeur et un son relativement constant 2 - Remettre sur 'neutre', attendre quelques secondes 3 - Mettre le sélecteur entre 'neutre' et 'vapeur' pour 20-30 sec. Cela permet à la machine de chauffer (voyant lumineux allumé) sans activer la pompe. 4 - Il faut utiliser un lait froid, idéalement 3,25%. Remplir le pichet au tier. Incorporer la buse juste sous la surface et intégrer de l'air pour les premiers 10 sec (jusqu'à ce que le volume ait doublé). Vous devriez entendre un sifflement et ne pas faire de grosse bulles. Ensuite, enfoncer plus profondément la buse et créer un mouvement circulaire dans le lait (disposez la buse de façon à créer un tourbillon dans le lait). Le but étant d'obtenir un lait ayant la consistance de la peinture. Une fois terminé, tapoter le pichet sur le comptoir pour enlever les grosses bulles et faire tourner délicatement le lait.
