Acheté d'abord en avril 2024; était défectueux (énorme bruit pendant que fonctionnait) et a été remplacé sans problème dans les semaines suivantes. Je l'utilise depuis tous les jours, il fait une bonne mousse, mais je suis exaspérée du nettoyage requis. Très difficile à nettoyer et souvent fait une croute brune qui ne s'enlève qu'après avoir trempé dans le vinaigre! j'en ai assez, j' achète un mousseur d'une autre marque!

Thick & Rich Froth!

Bought it a couple of months ago & it works great. You do need to only fill to the lower 'max' line for frothing - the higher max line is for heating without frothing, but you need to remove the spinner from the bottom first (it's all in the directions). This replaced my previous Paderno frother. It doesn't hold quite as much milk and doesn't get as hot as the Paderno, but the froth is much thicker & richer with this Bodum. I'm happy with it!
