Does the job for what it is and how often I use it. Heat is uneven, leaves a line where the element is, but it cooks pancakes like it's supposed to. Good enough for a cheap griddle. Grease trap falls out all the time, but I don't really care.

Q: Does gruddle need to be oiled when making pancakes? I've learned from experience once you add oil to nonstick it becomes sticky and impossible to clean off.

A: I use only butter , and it’s really easy to clean it, nothing sticks on it …. You have to wait your unity to cool down before you clean it with dishes soap, unless you will damage it!
