What is included in a trailer light kit?

A trailer light kit typically includes the essential components to install proper lighting for your trailer. Should I unplug trailer lights when unloading a boat?

Yes. When launching a boat, you should unplug your trailer lights, unless you have submersible trailer lights. Most trailers have a plug or connector near the hitch that’s easily accessible for this purpose.
