    Great sale price. Quiet.

I've had the treadmill for about a week now and have been using it everyday. I like it. It has preset buttons for incline and speed that increase by 2s (2, 4, 6, 8, 10) which make it easy to switch for intervals, which is what I have been using it for. It runs very quietly. The fan is okay. It is also quiet, but doesn't give off a whole lot of cool air. It has speakers, but I don't find them to be too great. I got the treadmill on sale at around 60% off. I would never pay full price for it as it doesn't have a lot of the features that are on new treadmills, but it is great for the amount I paid.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

Just bought this item, though installation would be hard but it was not, a little heavy to lift, other than I like it!

    Assembly Review

I just finished assembling the XT900T and thought I would add a few comments which may help others. While this is a relatively simple setup, and I have assembled a fair amount of household items over the years, you too may find the following items of interests: I recommend having help in the assembly. If nothing else, many times you are fumbling in areas which can use extra lighting so have someone hold the flashlight for you. The one arm rest that requires you to connect wires together needs the wires to be pulled through the oval whole on the bottom side, not through the bottom. If you pull them through the bottom like I did the arm rest will not seat properly. Have someone help hold the armrests for you as they tend to move around. They have to be perfectly aligned for the bolts to engage properly. Count your washers. I was given an extra flat washer and short one spring washer Avoid using the allen key/Philips head tool. It is not long enough to tighten the Button Head bolts into the digital command deck. The final turns must be made with your own (longer) allen key. Forget using your ratchet set for the other bolts as each is set into an area which is unreachable by your socket. Follow the instructions and assemble the unit in your final destination room. It is honestly too big to go through your doorway. Trust me on this one. I cannot attest to the function of the unit as of yet but hope these hints assist you on the assembly

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    XTerra - a perfect treadmill

About two years ago, I had bought an XTerra900 Treadmill from Canadian Tire on Gateway Blvd, Edmonton. I and my wife use it extensively over this period with a great health benefit. Apart from periodic maintenance lubrication, it is working perfectly well without any problem. I recommend this machine for any body including seniors like us.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

Q: Moving the unit In the product specifications, it says "This item will not be able to fit through a standard door frame when fully assembled." Does this mean it will not be able to fit through a standard door even when folded down?

    2 Answers
    • A: Trust me on this, you will not be able to move this item from room to room. Unless your doors are 36" wide. This is a common size for an entry door but not common inside one's home. I was able to move it out of our family room because of the oversized door but could not get it into the fitness area due to the regular opening #32"#

Q: Does this treadmill come assembled I am looking @ getting this but would like to know if it is assembled. If not, how long does it take to put it together.

    2 Answers
    • A: You must attach the two uprights, the digital command deck and the cross bar. My first attempt took and hour and a half. My second attempt (due to changing rooms) took less than an hour. It's not complicated but the bolts are very finicky and you will spend more time starting to thread them then actually tightening them

Q: Does this treadmill have wheels?

    2 Answers
    • A: When in the folded and upright position, there are 4 small wheels to assist in moving the treadmill. Note however the wheels do not swing left or right so you could find yourself pushing and pulling the unit in order to make a turn. Remember the first time you backed your car into a parking spot?
