Didn’t Come with Batteries or Charger

I bought this lawnmower on sale. Not sure how it came without the batteries or the charger. Someone must have returned the item previously and kept the batteries and charger and the staff never bothered to inspect this item before taping it back up and selling it to me. Silly.
No, I do not recommend this product.

One battery dies in less than 12 uses. I called support and got a replacement but I had to pay shipping.

Durability

I have already four other work tools love how the batteries interchange with each other. The oldest one I have is a weed trimmer and I believe it’s to be nine years old and still works just as good as a new one really love these tools. They work great. I have 3 acres of land that I maintain. They work beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the 40v mower to just do around my swimming pool but now I use it for my entire lot. Super light and quiet. Can easily do a normal smaller yard on 1 charge.

This thing is horrible, you can only use it when it’s cool outside because the battery dies in 20 minutes. I have yet to cut a full lawn in one outing as I have to stop and recharge the battery; and that takes HOURS. It takes HOURS to charge and last 20 minutes smh

A: I am 80 years old and easily push this mower. It is fun to use. Also I can get so close to the lawn edges that I often don't need additional edging.

Q: Why can't I buy the WA3578 batteries? Which ones are compatible with the mower and weed eater?

A: Hello Randy! Thank you for your question! The WA3578 has been discontinued, but they have been replaced by the WA3012. The tools you have though are part of what we call Power Share! This means all the batteries we produce will fit in your tools, the only exception to this would be the mower will not work with the 2.0AH batteries as they will not hold a charge long enough for the mower to function. Q: How do you use the mulching feature? Where does the bag go? And does that just short the cut grass at your feet?

A: Hello Valued Customer, Thank you for your question. On the back of the mower will be a flap you lift up, inside will be a mulching plug. To use the mulcher you would keep that in and keep the the bag off and it will push the mulched grass out of the bottom allowing the mulched grass to go into back into the yard. To hook on the bag you would lift the flap up, pull the mulching insert out and hook the bag on using the hooks under the flap and as it cuts the grass it will push it into the bag for you.
