$81.99

Product Details

The Worx 20V Shrubber/Shear is designed to quickly trim bushes, shrubs, and hedges in-between regular maintenance, so you don’t have to get out the big, bulky, full-size hedge trimmer for just some touch-up work. At only 2 lbs you just grab this tool and go and quickly take care of that bush in the corner that’s looking a little shaggy, or those few blades around that tree that maybe got missed over the weekend. This tool is equipped with enough functionality, though, that you could use this as your regular hedge trimmer if you were so inclined. Featuring two quick-change blades: a 4” blade for grass trimming and an 8” blade for shrubs, with a max cut capacity of 5/16” and a no-load speed of 1100/min, there’s enough design and power to keep an entire yard looking crisp and clean. The dual-action blades slice twice, making sure to catch every leaf and twig. And the soft-grip over-mold handle is easy to grasp and use for extended periods without causing significant hand fatigue. This particular model doesn’t come with a battery, it’s meant for Worx Power Share users that already have a few batteries lying around at home. See, when you’re on the Power Share platform, you don’t need as many batteries, because you can share them between tools. So when you buy a new tool, you pay less because you don’t need to buy a new battery.

Simply easy to operate!

Have numerous Worx tools. The 4 1/2' saw, the long pole branch saw, the weeder, the leaf blower, the yard sprayer, and drill. All have worked excellently . Can't say anything bad about any one tool. Also, almost forgot, the 22 in. hedge trimmer. I've become a true believer in Worx tools.

A little Gem

This is my 3rd Worx tool and it did not disappoint. Both the 4” shear and 8” shrub trimmer worked as advertised. I was able to easily trim the tops of several pencil Hollys as well as two mid sized Yews without the need to pull out my full sized (heavy) trimmer. The 4” shear made quick work of cutting down 12 Day Lillys. Over all I could not be happier with this purchase. I wouldn’t recommend it to cut 100 ‘ of 6’ hedge but for its intended purpose it’s great!

Yes, I recommend this product.

It’s been an incredible tool for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my Worx Power Share trimmer for many years. It’s worked many years without any issues. Long battery life. Light weight. Easy to use safety switch and trigger - even with arthritic hand. I’d recommend this tool to anyone As for the shrubber, I very seldom use it as I don’t have the need for it. I’d buy another one in a heartbeat! Thank you for a wonderful trimmer!

Yes, I recommend this product.

Q: Can I run the mower without a charging station, but with guide wires on a power supply in my front yard? The charging station would be in the backyard and I would carry the mower to the front yard every time I want to mow the front lawn

  • A: One cannot use an alternate power source. The boundary wire must have a continuous connection to the charging base or have 2 charging bases, one for the front and one for the back. The best solution using one base would be to have the boundary wire in one continuous loop encompassing the whole yard. If you have specific problems with installation, please call our Solution Center and using a diagram form you and /or Google Earth we can make suggestions regarding layout.

Q: How close to the edge will it cut next to a wall or house foundation?

  • A: Thank you for your question. The Cut-to-Edge technology is an offset blade positioned at the edge of the mowing deck. This allows the mower to get closer to the edge of your boundary and reduce the amount of trimming needed to as little as 2 in. (4.5 cm).

  • A: Hello There! Thank you for your question. Use a soft brush or cloth to clear away any grass or debris, then wipe the blades with a damp cloth and mild soap. After drying them thoroughly, apply a light coat of oil like WD-40 to prevent rust and keep the blades moving smoothly. For sticky residue or disinfecting, isopropyl alcohol can also be used. Always store the tool in a dry place to maintain blade condition. Thank you for choosing Worx!
