I have always loved my worx products but this one was for my son & he is in a wheelchair so not user friendly for him. Also the string would not come out by simply tapping like it is supposd to. We have to turn it over & pull it out manually.

Batteries low working

I haven’t used it yet but I have had a few and bought them for family and friends and know how it works well and light weight and easy to use but very dissatisfied with ur batteries they have been low product and don’t work or you stop having them we bought a knew big blower and right after we did u stopped the big battery so blower we bought is really no good can’t replace the battery very disappointing and I don’t have a tone of monies to keep spending so slowly changing sorry to say because I loved your product till then

A: Just get some line and refill your spools yourself. I've been doing that for the past 5 years or so, and the line lasts a lot longer the the line you get from Worx

Q: I have a WG165trimmer and a WG155 trimmer. The battery for the 165 is 3524.2 ,the battery for the155 is 3524.1. They will not hold a charge,can I purchase new batteries ?

A: This is horrible. I have had the product just over a year and I have to buy a whole assembly to replace the line cutter blade? The product is only as good as its parts. If I need to buy a new WORX machine every year, I'll need to buy a different brand.
